The Coliseo Gerardo Arellano and the main square host the Mono Núñez Festival of Colombian Andean music, held every year in late May or early June. The distance to Cali is approximate, according to El País (2024). The nearest airport is Alfonso Bonilla Aragón (CLO) in Palmira.

Prices are in Colombian pesos (COP). A 25% deposit, paid by bank transfer or Nequi (a Colombian payment app), secures your booking. You can cancel free of charge up to 3 days before arrival. If you cancel 2 days or less before arrival, the deposit is not refunded.

Frequently asked questions
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. and check-out from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. If you need to arrive at a different time, let us know on WhatsApp.
Do you speak English?
We reply in Spanish, but you can write to us in English. We use a translation tool so nothing gets lost.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome. Tell us how many you are bringing when you book.
Is there parking?
Yes, there is covered parking for one vehicle in the front yard.
Can we have a party?
Loud parties are not allowed, because the house is in a residential area with neighbors. Noise levels must comply with Colombia's National Police Code.
Can we have visitors?
Yes, as long as we approve it in advance.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer to a Colombian account, Nequi or cash, all in Colombian pesos. A 25% deposit confirms your booking. We don't accept card payments at the moment. If you don't have a Colombian bank account, message us before booking.
Is there air conditioning or a pool?
No. The house has fans. There is no pool and no air conditioning.
Do you have a baby crib?
We don't have a crib. If you travel with a baby, you are welcome to bring your own.
How do you handle my personal data?
We use your name and phone number only to answer your inquiry and manage your booking, under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012. You can ask us to delete them by writing to vivevalleviviendaturistica@gmail.com. Read the full privacy policy.
